Exchanges & Refunds

Online purchases can be exchanged at any JAUNE store. Please refer to our “Contact Us” section for additional information about JAUNE points of sales.

Exchanges of online purchases are also available from home by clicking here. Please note that first time exchanges are free of charge. An 18,000L.L fee is applied for a second exchange of the same order.

- Exchanges are within a deadline of 30 days from delivery date.

- A purchase receipt is mandatory.

- Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. They must have the original tag attached and be in the original purchase condition.

- Underwear items are not exchangeable.

- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund of online purchases are available exclusively at JAUNE ABC Ashrafieh, JAUNE ABC Verdun, JAUNE Citymall, JAUNE Beirut City Center and JAUNE Tripoli Square. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

- Refunds are within a deadline of 7 days from delivery date.

- A purchase receipt is mandatory.

- Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. They must have the original tag attached and be in the original purchase condition.

- Underwear items are not refundable.

- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

- Refunds will be made at purchase price and will exclude delivery charges.

Items are considered defective or faulty if they are received damaged due to a manufacturing cause. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective or faulty.

If your item is considered as such when you receive it, you can exchange it or return it for a refund as per above exchange/refund terms. Simply return the faulty item(s) to any of the following JAUNE point of sales within 7 days from delivery date : JAUNE ABC Ashrafieh, JAUNE ABC Verdun, JAUNE Citymall, JAUNE Beirut City Center and JAUNE Tripoli Square. 

Colors and textures are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to computer monitors variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same as it is on screen.
