Shipping and Delivery

We offer a delivery service free of charge, exclusively across Lebanon. The estimated delivery time will be between 5-7 working days.

 

Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays, manifestations, pandemic crisis, weather conditions, etc. JAUNE cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond its control.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your Aramex airway bill number. This will enable you to track your purchase at www.aramex.com. Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.

A signature is required upon reception of purchased items by you or any recipient present at the shipping address, at which point responsibility for the purchased items are passed to you. The purchased items are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. 

On rare occasions, Aramex may refuse to deliver your order if they feel that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.
